2026 Ballot Measure

Amendment 1: Citizenship Requirement to Vote

Provides that only U.S. citizens who are also West Virginia citizens/residents may vote in West Virginia elections, formalizing existing citizenship and residency voting qualifications into the state constitution’s text.
